Wedding Wednesday: Do You Actually Need a Wedding Coordinator?
We might be a little biased here. 😂
But this is also one of the biggest questions couples have when they’re trying to decide where their wedding budget should go.
So… do you actually need a wedding coordinator?
Not necessarily.
Can having one completely change what your wedding day feels like?
Absolutely.
Because coordinating a wedding isn’t just making a timeline and telling people when to walk down the aisle.
It’s answering the florist when they can’t find the correct entrance.
It’s making sure your photographer knows when you’re doing your first look.
It’s checking that the DJ knows about the last-minute change to your introductions.
It’s finding Uncle Bob because family photos were supposed to start five minutes ago.
It’s realizing dinner service is running behind and quietly adjusting the reception timeline.
It’s answering questions before they ever reach you.
Without a coordinator, those responsibilities don’t disappear. They usually fall to the couple, a parent, the maid of honor, the best man, or another family member.
And while your people will absolutely step up for you, they deserve to enjoy your wedding too.
A coordinator isn't there to take over your wedding.
We're there so you don't have to.
There’s a pretty big difference.
