SIGNATURE COORDINATION

This is the actual wedding coordination package, where Tripoli & Co. steps in six weeks before the wedding and takes over the logistics.

Includes:

  • Coordination beginning 6 weeks before the wedding.

  • Review of vendor contracts and wedding details.

  • Two, 60-minute coordination meetings.

  • Complete master wedding-day timeline.

  • Vendor timeline.

  • Wedding party & family timelines.

  • Vendor communication and final confirmations.

  • Ceremony, reception & transportation logistics.

  • Venue walkthrough/final details meeting.

  • Rehearsal coordination - up to 1 hour.

  • Up to 10 hours of wedding-day coordination.

  • Two-person coordination team.

  • Vendor arrival and setup oversight.

  • Ceremony cueing.

  • Reception timeline management.

  • Troubleshooting and behind-the-scenes management throughout the day.

A Note About Travel:
Signature Coordination includes travel within one (1) hour of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Weddings located more than one hour from Lancaster may be subject to an additional travel fee based on distance and location.
Any applicable travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking because the only surprises we want you to have are the good ones.

How far in advance should we book Tripoli & Co.?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you know you’d like Tripoli & Co. by your side!
Wedding dates, especially weekends during peak season, can fill quickly, and we only take on a limited number of weddings to ensure every couple receives the time and attention they deserve. Whether your wedding is two years away or just a few months out, don’t hesitate to reach out.
If your date is available, we’d love to hear all about what you’re planning!

What is the payment schedule?

We like to keep things simple and straightforward!
The Consultation and The Final Details packages are due in full at the time of booking.
For our Signature Coordination package, a 50% retainer is due at the time of booking to officially reserve your wedding date, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

Once your contract and required payment are received, you’re officially on our calendar and we can get to work making sure you feel supported, prepared & confident heading into your day.

Do you offer a consultation before booking?

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call, available by phone or video chat, to help answer any immediate questions or concerns you may have before booking. This is also a great opportunity for us to learn a little more about your wedding day, provide initial guidance and help you determine which Tripoli & Co. package best fits your needs.

What happens after I book?

Once your contract is signed and your required payment is received, you’re officially part of the Tripoli & Co. family! From there, your experience will be tailored to the package you’ve selected. We’ll provide clear next steps, important dates, and everything you need to know about when you’ll hear from us and what to expect along the way.
